Who we are

What we collect

• Details you submit through the valuation estimator: sector, revenue band, profit, years operating, ownership, owner dependency, timeline, and your name, email and mobile number.
• Details you submit through the contact form: enquiry type, name, email, mobile number and your message.
• The page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we know how you found us.

We do not collect payment details. The valuation calculation itself runs in your browser; only the submission reaches us.

Why we use it

• To send your valuation report and respond to your enquiry.
• To follow up about selling or acquiring a business, where you have consented.
• To keep records of our own communications.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share enquirer details with buyers or third parties for their own marketing.

Consent and withdrawal

We ask for explicit consent before you submit. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing Contact-us@thefundingassembly.com. We will stop using your data for that purpose within a reasonable period, subject to any records we must keep by law.

Access and correction

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, and ask us to correct it. Write to the address above.

Retention and protection

We keep enquiry data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. It is held in our customer records system with access limited to the people who need it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. Where privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they record aggregate page views and events without cookies and without identifying you personally.

Third parties

We use service providers for scheduling, email delivery and customer records. They process data on our instructions only. Booking is loaded from a third-party scheduler, and only when you choose to open it.
