Sell your business confidentially, at the right price.
We run the whole sale for Singapore businesses worth S$3m to S$30m. Valuation, buyer search, negotiation and completion, while you keep running the business.
Most owners sell once. Our team of advisors closes deals every year.
An owner selling for the first time negotiates against a buyer who has done it many times. That gap rarely shows up as a lower headline number. It shows up as a re-trade after diligence, an earn-out that never pays and a transition nobody agreed in writing.
You do not need more buyers. You only need the right one.
We have 20 buyers on hand looking to buy businesses in different industries. You just need 3 qualified buyers for your business. One buyer on its own is a negotiation you lose slowly.
Confidentiality by mechanism
Blind teaser, buyers screened before disclosure, NDA before your name, staged release, and a data room with per-document access.
Priced on evidence
Sector multiples, normalised earnings and actual buyer appetite, not a hopeful number designed to win the mandate.
Deals held together
Most SME deals die in diligence. We prepare the answers before the questions arrive and keep the timetable moving.
The process, stage by stage
Six to nine months from mandate to completion.

What it costs
Transparent engagement fee based on success only milestones. 1% to 5%, no upfront fee, S$100,000 minimum. Set out in writing before you commit.
Success only, 1% to 5%
Transparent engagement fee based on success only milestones. You pay a percentage of the transaction value when the deal completes, and nothing before that.
No upfront fee
No retainer, no listing fee, no charge for preparing the valuation, the teaser or the information memorandum. A business that does not sell costs you nothing but time.
S$100,000 minimum
Stated plainly because it matters: the minimum means the effective rate rises below about S$2m of transaction value. Under that we are poor value, and we will tell you so rather than take the mandate.
Third-party costs are yours
Your lawyer, your accountant and stamp duty are paid by you directly. We tell you what to budget at the outset rather than at completion.
Questions owners ask first
What does it cost to sell through you?
Transparent engagement fee based on success only milestones. 1% to 5%, no upfront fee, S$100,000 minimum. The minimum means the effective rate rises below about S$2m of transaction value, so we are poor value under that and will say so rather than take the mandate.
Will my staff, customers or competitors find out?
Not from us. Buyers first see an anonymous teaser. Your company name is only released after a signed NDA and your approval, buyer by buyer.
Is my business too small for you?
We advise on businesses from about S$1m in value, with most work between S$3m and S$30m. If yours is smaller, the valuation tool still gives you a range and a preparation guide.
How long does a sale take?
Typically six to nine months from mandate to completion. Preparation before going to market is what most affects the timeline and the price.
Do I need to stay after the sale?
Usually a handover of 6 to 12 months. How long, and on what terms, is negotiated as part of the deal. Low owner dependency shortens it.
